		<description>Exactly, buying a house needs alot of maintenance i will mention some that are just at the top of my head.Garden(lawn Mowing,fertilizing), snowblowing, keeping the furnace clean(changing the filter every month)and having the furnace maintenanced,heating bill, electric bill, all ofcourse would double if you are living in an apartemnet etc..
Hmmm,, well   ok, i do not want to discourage you, especially now, great timing to buy and to get a loan. Take a look at foreclosures around you. And one more thing, buy a single home not town home, other wise you will have to pay associatin fee.
Is it worth it to buy a home and start to settle down? yup, worth every single penny ;-)
