Hmmm,, well ok, i do not want to discourage you, especially now, great timing to buy and to get a loan. Take a look at foreclosures around you. And one more thing, buy a single home not town home, other wise you will have to pay associatin fee. Is it worth it to buy a home and start to settle down? yup, worth every single penny ;-) Good luck, wishing you the very best.
