I lost power Thursday evening as did most of Central Massachusetts. There was mayhem and danger on ever street I viewed on Friday morning after a pretty severe ice storm. Lots of downed wires and fallen trees. Apparently the damage is so bad that local teams of electric utility workers were working around the clock to get power back up. It’s sad to know how many thousands of people are in temporary shelters until the power is back. Even though my power was out, I still had heat. I was lucky. I stayed at my girlfriend’s place last night because I had planned to go to her friend’s party tonight anyways (which is the reason I’m able to type this).

I have a bit of interesting news to share, but I’ll wait until tomorrow when I have more time and focus to write it all out. To say it shortly; I took a big step forward on Friday.
