Calling The Boss Lady

I read some concerning fine print on the tuition reimbursement policy. It says that an employee needs to have completed a year of work before being eligible for tuition reimbursement. I started in April and classes start in January, which would leave me about four months short of being here a year. But, I’m going to pitch my case that because the class ends in May and that is when I’ll be actually getting reimbursed I will have been there for a year and 1 month upon receiving the monies. I think that’s a fair case. I know exceptions have been made for other people so I won’t let this go easily.
